Account Information

When you register, we collect your name, email address, and a hashed version of your password. We never store plaintext passwords.

Payment Information

Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers, CVVs, or full payment details on our servers. We receive only a Stripe customer ID and subscription status.

Usage Data

We collect basic usage metadata (instance creation time, connection status) to operate the Service. We do not monitor, log, or store the content of your conversations with AI models.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account and instances
• To process subscription payments via Stripe
• To communicate service updates or respond to support requests
• To maintain and improve the Service

3. AI Model Interactions

Your conversations with AI models run on your dedicated instance. We do not read, store, or use your prompts or model outputs for any purpose. Model inference is performed locally on our infrastructure using open-source Ollama models — no data is sent to third-party AI providers.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

• Stripe — for payment processing
• Neon (PostgreSQL) — for account data storage
• Vercel — for web application hosting

We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the safety and security of our users and infrastructure.

5. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS), hashed passwords (bcrypt), and token-based authentication. However, no method of electronic transmission is 100% secure.

6. Data Retention

Account data is retained for the duration of your subscription. After cancellation, your instance data is deleted within 30 days. Account records (email, name) may be retained for up to 90 days for billing and support purposes.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and data
• Export your workspace data before cancellation

8. Cookies

We use essential session cookies for authentication (NextAuth.js). We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics. No cookie consent banner is required as we only use strictly necessary cookies.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
